Installation parameters:
- Luminaires controlled by luminous sensors digitally
- Connection to an existing CANALIS system
- Increase the illuminance level to 500 lx
- Emergency lighting connected to an existing emergency system
For car seats manufacturer, ADIENT Czech Republic, we have implemented another phase of replacement of fluorescent lamps in the production hall for new modern LED luminaires. The installation was carried out in parts during a shift change in continuous operation. DALI luminaires are controlled by luminance sensors and are connected to the CANALIS support and supply system. The delivery also included emergency escape luminaires, pictograms and asymmetrical luminaires connected to the existing emergency system including new fire-resistant routes. Everything was delivered on time, in perfect quality and fully in accordance with the customer's specifications. The customer's total operating costs were reduced by 64% at a high light level of 500 lux.
