Náplň práce
- In charge of managing multiple projects
- Accountable for project scope delivery and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments
- Be the primary contact during construction for clients, contractors, and vendors
- Review and do take-offs of architectural,electrical drawings and bid documents
- Create bill of materials and quotations for lighting fixtures and control systems
- Ordering, tracking and coordinating delivery of equipment
- Communication with the sales team, customers, vendors, and partners
- Oversee budgeting, technical design, bidding, construction and close-out
- Coordinate installation of fixtures and controls with the contractors
- Coordinates all risks and requirements of the program by planning, controlling, integrating all projects into the programs and measuring all elements to ensure the requirements and goals are successfully achieved through weekly team meetings
