Installation parameters:
For a major manufacturer of brake components and clutch hydraulics, we implemented a complete lighting replacement. We installed during continuous operation and without interrupting. In predetermined time zones. We mounted at a height of 9 m on an area of 11,000 m2. Thanks to modern LED luminaires, which were installed throughout the complex, we were able to get a return on investment of 2.17 years. We made maximum use of the original grid of luminaires. We met all the required conditions in the quality and time specified by the client. A special condition was the above-standard lighting intensity of 500 lx in the production area. Thanks to the combination of new modern LED energy-saving luminaires and DALI PROFI lighting control for 8 circuits, the customer has achieved up to 76 % energy savings.
