For REHAU Automotive s.r.o., a manufacturer of plastic parts, we have exchanged non-compliant T8 fluorescent lamps for new modern LED luminaires during the planned weekly shutdown. The luminaires were installed on existing support system, where we significantly reduced the number of luminaires. Even with a significant reduction in the number of luminaires and a low installation height, the requirements for a high illumination level of 550 lux, high uniformity and glare reduction have been respected. By installing modern LED luminaires, the customer has saved operating costs of 86% and a significant improvement in working conditions.
