For the leading global developer PROLOGIS MEXICO, from 2019 to 2024, we realized the replacement of obsolete industrial and office lighting in industrial and logistic centers in Guadalajara, Monterrey and Mexico City. There were 200 halls with a total area of over 1,520,000 m2, for example for DHL, KUEHNE NAGEL, AVIOR and DICKA. The new modern LED luminaires are equipped with combined motion and luminance sensors that control each luminaire separately. By installing new modern LED luminaires with combined motion and brightness sensors, the customer saves more than 63% of electricity.
